There is some sort of ambassador/diplomat from Mexico who lives near me. They have one of these and an LR3, both with diplomatic plates.

Called the Bora in the UK too. Pretty poor.

I saw Boras in California (Mexican plates, obviously). Usually as riced out as the American Jettas in the area.

Could’ve been from Mexico or Canada – guess it depends on how far south you’re located! We had those up here, sold as the City Jetta, for about two model years...a really good car for the price. I believe they’re still being sold in Mexico, with more engines but less content.
While we’re on the subject, check out what I spotted in traffic the other day:
It was bright red with a matching work canopy over the bed. Couldn’t see the plates from where I was, but it had to have been from Mexico! (it’s not sold anywhere north of Tijuana hehe)

I’m in Central Texas and it had Mexican plates, so...
What is that pickup? It looks smaller than a Frontier.

That is the new Frontier! It’s about a couple fingers’ width longer than the old one, which is all that we get here...for now.
Edit: Found it! It has BC plates, though, WTF: http://www.clubfrontier.org/forums/f8/np30…
